Exclusively Xi Resource Center Closing on May 31

We have some exciting news about a new resource for our members! On May 31, 2025, we will bid a fond farewell to Exclusively Xi, Alpha Xi Delta’s member resource center. We are thrilled to usher in a new era of streamlined processes, reports, enhanced data reporting, and resources to help members make the most of their Alpha Xi Delta experience with our new Member Portal.

All about the Member Portal
The Member Portal is your new hub for all your Alpha Xi Delta membership information! It will be the primary online site for members to search for fellow members, view exclusive member benefits and opportunities, see their giving history, manage their chapter, and more. All members will have access to the portal, and each member's views and functionality will be customized to their membership status, officer roles, etc.

STREAMLINED LOGIN AND SINGLE SIGN-ON (SSO)
Navigating the Member Portal is a breeze with a well-designed login, welcome and content pages. SSO capabilities allow members to access all features and tools with one set of credentials, enhancing security and simplifying the login process.

OPTIMIZED FOR MOBILE AND DESKTOP
The Member Portal’s responsive design ensures seamless use on both mobile and desktop devices. This allows members to access and manage their information anytime, anywhere, providing unmatched flexibility and convenience.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATIONS
The platform includes features that make it easy to share your updated contact information with FHQ, as well as essential features for our chapters for roster management, financial resources, dues collection and more.

GENERAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why did Alpha Xi Delta decide to switch to the Member Portal?
As part of the Fraternity’s strategic priorities, we needed a better solution to help chapters, associations and members be engaged with the National Fraternity. We needed a single solution for chapters and associations that hosted important chapter management tools, learning management systems, resources, forms, and more.

The Member Portal will be an Alpha Xi Deltas-only website where Sisters can manage their member profile, view volunteer and giving history, manage communication preferences, find Sisters, submit Member Recommendation Forms, and more.

When will members get access to the Member Portal?
We will be gradually rolling out access to the new Member Portal to ensure system stability and prevent any potential disruptions. Convention attendees and chapter officers will be among the first to gain access in early July. Collegiate members will have access to the Member Portal in time for the start of the fall academic semester. We expect all members, alumnae and collegiate, to have access by the end of August, if not sooner. We will share instructions via email about how to access the Member Portal, so continue to keep an eye on your inbox over the summer!

Do I need to update my information?
All Alpha Xi Delta member contact information will be transferred to the new Member Portal. Once the Member Portal has launched, instructions will be emailed to members about how to access their profile and update their contact information. If a member does not create a login right away, they will remain in our membership database and their contact information will be unchanged. A Member Portal login can be created at any time in the future.

Who do I contact with questions?
All questions related to the Member Portal can be emailed to fhq@alphaxidelta.org or submitted via our Contact Us form. Please note that we will be unable to fulfill alumnae information requests from our database beginning on May 30 until mid-June. Stay tuned to your inbox and our website over the summer for important Member Portal updates!

What will happen with the current Exclusively Xi/Resource Center and the resources within?
All of the resources in the Alpha Xi Delta National Folders have been downloaded and will be uploaded and available in the new Member Portal or made available in the appropriate location post launch. If you are looking for a specific document during our transition period that used to be located in Exclusively Xi, please email us at fhq@alphaxidelta.org

  • Vault
  • OmegaOne
  • OmegaOne external chapter websites

  • Exclusively Xi Resource Center

What Chapter Officers Need To Do Before May 30, 2025

Frequently Asked Questions for Chapters

When will chapters receive information about an alternative for OmegaOne (internal communication portal)?
Chapters will receive information about an alternative solution for OmegaOne by the beginning of the academic year. We expect to have training resources available by the end of July.

Who should chapters contact with Billhighway log-in/activation issues?
Please refer to the above linked newsletter with information about how to request a new activation code from Billhighway. You can also contact support@billhighway.com, or call 1.866.245.5499.

Should chapters still submit suspension forms if members owe a balance?
Yes, please submit suspension forms if a member owes a balance as we are continuing to process those forms.

How is CrowdChange (used to collect donations for Kindly Hearts Initiative fundraisers) affected by these technology changes?

  • All new fundraisers created will automatically link to the respective chapter's Billhighway account. Funds will be deposited into these accounts on a rolling basis.
  • Any past fundraiser will not automatically switch over and will still be connected to the bank account previously used. If these fundraisers are duplicated, then they will also connect to the bank account. Therefore, all fundraising pages will be archived, to help prevent confusion.
  • The CrowdChange Payout Report will no longer be available as it does not show Billhigwhay deposits as they happen immediately. Instead, all of the payout info can be found on Billhighway's report (all other CrowdChange reports will remain).
  • Billhighway does not currently support quick checkout options, so ApplePay and GooglePay will no longer be available.

Alumnae Association Specific Communication and Support
  • If your alumnae association submitted an annual report, your association’s geographical list of alumnae will be emailed directly to your alumnae association officers in June. Note: Alumnae information requests will not be fulfilled between May 30, 2025 and the launch of the Member Portal.
  • All alumnae association resources and documents will be sent to you as needed. If you are looking for a resource, please contact Courtney Fluty at cfluty@alphaxidelta.org.
  • Once launched, all National documents, forms and resources will be uploaded into the Member Portal.
  • All Alpha Xi Delta member contact information will be transferred to the new Member Portal. Once the Member Portal has launched, instructions will be given to alumnae on how to access their profile and update their contact information.
  • Please communicate this information with your association membership. More information will be shared throughout the summer via email. You can also contact Courtney Fluty, Director of Lifetime Engagement, with questions or fill out the Contact Us form on our website.
