Events and Administration Department

Administrative Coordinator
This position manages the phone and mail systems at Fraternity Headquarters, assists with database management and upkeep, administers office and supply processes, provides clerical support, and serves as the coordinator of administrative tasks and office functions for all other departments.

Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is the staff administrator for the National Housing Corporation (NHC). This position oversees the operations of the NHC, and reports and maintains records for the NHC board of directors. This position has the option to be remote-based or based at Fraternity Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator manages accounts payable for the various managed properties, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, and reconciliation of the officer purchasing cards held by the house directors.

Housing Manager

The Housing Manager will manage Fraternity Headquarters maintenance, distribute housing agreements, maintain data records in the database, assist in the maintenance for managed properties, promote the housing resources of the National Housing Corporation, evaluates room inspection reports and follows up on accounts receivable as it relates to housing.

The Housing Manager position is classified as non-exempt and is a full-time position based at Fraternity Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.
