Alpha Xi Delta is accepting applications for the following positions: 

Educational Leadership Consultants and Leadership Coaches

Educational Leadership Consultants (ELC) and Leadership Coaches (LC) are recent college graduates who continue their Alpha Xi Delta experience through employment with the Fraternity by visiting chapters throughout the United States. Any interested chapter member is encouraged to apply during her senior year. Applications must be submitted via email to fhq@alphaxidelta.org

Alpha Xi Delta looks for well-rounded individuals with chapter office experience, campus involvement, a solid academic record, good leadership skills and communication skills. A group of applicants will be chosen for personal interviews during spring semester. Final hiring decisions are made shortly thereafter. Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is the staff administrator for the National Housing Corporation (NHC). This position oversees the operations of the NHC, and reports and maintains records for the NHC board of directors. This position has the option to be remote-based or based at Fraternity Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator manages accounts payable for the various managed properties, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, and reconciliation of the officer purchasing cards held by the house directors.

The Finance Coordinator position is classified as non-exempt and is a part-time position based at Fraternity Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Housing Manager

The Housing Manager will manage Fraternity Headquarters maintenance, distribute housing agreements, maintain data records in the database, assist in the maintenance for managed properties, promote the housing resources of the National Housing Corporation, evaluates room inspection reports and follows up on accounts receivable as it relates to housing.

The Housing Manager position is classified as non-exempt and is a full-time position based at Fraternity Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.
