REALIZE: The Sisterhood Summit

REALIZE: The Sisterhood Summit took place on June 5- 7 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is comprised of two experiences - The Founders’ Academy and Membership Growth Academy. The Founders’ Academy is Alpha Xi Delta’s leadership experience focused on the development and application of CliftonStrengths principles. The intention is to have participants recognize their innate strengths and become the leaders they are destined to be. Membership Growth Academy is Alpha Xi Delta’s comprehensive recruiting training program for Membership Team officers.
