For Chapter Presidents, Executive Committee, and Emerging Leaders

The Founders' Academy

The Founders’ Academy is Alpha Xi Delta’s leadership experience focused on the development and application of CliftonStrengths principles. The intention is to have participants recognize their innate strengths and become the leaders they are destined to be! The Founders’ Academy is designed for Chapter Presidents, Executive Committee officers, and emerging leaders!

A Requirement for Membership Vice Presidents

Membership Growth Academy

Membership Growth Academy is Alpha Xi Delta’s comprehensive recruiting training program for Membership Team officers. If the Membership Vice President cannot attend REALIZE, approval is needed to send another representative in her place. Please complete the Attendance Approval Form linked below before the registration deadline of March 15. You will be contacted about next steps after you complete the form. For questions about Membership Growth Academy, contact Heather Chibuk, Director of Membership Growth and Marketing.
