Leadership Programs

Guided by the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of the Fraternity, Alpha Xi Delta has developed empowering programs that support the education, wellbeing, and personal growth of our members. Our programming focuses on topics relevant to today’s collegiate experience and sets our members up for success post-graduation. Our programs positively impact the campus and greater community, as well as develop and inspire our Sisters to realize their potential.

CliftonStrengths™

Discovering Your Strengths

CliftonStrengths™ allows our members to develop skills and goals by focusing on maximizing their strengths rather than their weaknesses. The program helps Alpha Xi Delta members discover and develop their greatest talents and use those talents to improve grades and learning. We incorporate strengths into many of our programs and initiatives, including The Founders’ Academy and our Leadership Coach Program.

“I learned a lot about goal setting, and I think that will help me immensely in the upcoming year to set realistic goals that can be achieved and put smaller steps in place to reach them.”

“The most valuable aspect of The Workout was the sense of connection and resources found within the small group, where I could interact with chapters and their leaders that were more similar to mine.”

Supporting our Chapter Leaders

Officer Academy

Officer Academy provides newly elected chapter officers training by gathering small groups of similar chapters to learn more about their position, share ideas and ask questions. As a large group, these chapter leaders are given the opportunity to strengthen their personal leadership skills in order to best serve their chapters, campus, and community.
