Volunteer Academy 2026: June 14

Volunteer Academy kicks off the new 2026-2028 biennium for the National Council Designees. Join Sisters for a focused and engaging experience centered on professional growth and connection, featuring insights from CliftonStrengths to help individuals better understand and leverage their talents. Participants will learn how to leverage individual and team strengths to improve collaboration and engagement, while using “care”frontation techniques to address challenges with both honesty and respect.  

There will be dedicated time spent reviewing key resources and organizational policies to ensure shared understanding and alignment. Overall, Volunteer Academy programming will create a cohesive framework for communicating clearly, staying aligned, and supporting one another.

Where: Virtually on Zoom
Volunteer Academy is open to the following volunteer roles:

  • Area Facilitator
  • Chapter Development Specialist
  • National Directors Network (National Director, Area/Territory Director, Specialist)
  • Special Appointees
  • Alpha Xi Delta Panhellenic Volunteers
  • National Council
  • National Housing Corporation
  • Alpha Xi Delta Foundation.

How to Register:

  • Log in to Member Portal.
  • Scroll down and click the “National Events” tile on the home page.
  • Select “Volunteer Academy 2026.”
  • Complete the Zoom registration to receive the meeting information.   

Volunteer Meet and Mingle

Alpha Xi Delta is also hosting a Volunteer Meet and Mingle prior to Volunteer Academy. Join us virtually on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 7:30-9 p.m. ET / 6:30-8 p.m. CT / 5:30-7 p.m. MT / 4:30-6 p.m. PT. This will be a great opportunity to socialize with other volunteers as we kick off the biennium.

Volunteer Academy costs are paid in full by the Fraternity.
