Registration for Officer Academy 2026 is now live in Member Portal!
Who should attend?
All 2026 elected officers (Executive Committee officers, Directors, and Honor Board representatives) should attend Officer Academy on Sunday, February 1.
When is Officer Academy?
There are two sessions to choose from; you should register for one session only during the time you are available. This is a virtual experience.
- Session #1: 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET
- Session #2: 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. ET
How do I register?
Login to Member Portal, scroll down and click the “National Events” tile on the home page. Select your session time and complete the Zoom registration to receive the meeting information.
What should I do to prepare for Officer Academy?
Some friendly reminders for action items to be completed prior to February 1:
- Make sure incoming officers have been updated in Member Portal. The Chapter President or Finance and Operations Vice President can complete this by selecting the “Officers” tile in the chapter portal. The incoming and outgoing officers can both be listed during the time of transition if administrative access is needed for both officers. Do not add an end date for incoming officers, as this will restrict their access to Member Portal and Billhighway features.
- Complete the LombardLearn module and onboarding checklist for your team (all officers should do this) via Member Portal by clicking the “LombardLearn” tile on the home page of Member Portal.
- Complete chapter officer transition meetings. Resources for this can be found in the Resource Center in Member Portal.
