Dr. Tammy Jessen Andreyko earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communications and English, Secondary Education, from Kent State University, where she is a proud member of the Beta Tau Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta. With a career rooted in service, innovation, and leadership, she has become one of the most respected voices in public education today. As the Superintendent of Schools for the Quaker Valley School District, Dr. Andreyko is widely recognized for her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to student success.
Under her guidance, Quaker Valley Middle School received the prestigious 2024 National Blue Ribbon School designation, a reflection of her dedication to creating high-performing, inclusive learning environments. Her leadership has been further recognized with the 2024 PASCD Outstanding Supervision Award and the 2024 Edmarket Volunteer Leadership Award. A forward-thinking and dynamic leader, Dr. Andreyko’s district was invited to participate in the League of Innovative Schools by Digital Promise in 2022.
Throughout her career, Dr. Andreyko has earned multiple honors for excellence in education, including the 2020 PAECT Empowered Superintendent Award, the 2017 Kent State College of Education Alumni Hall of Fame Award, and the 2009 PAESSP & MetLife Middle School Principal of the Year recognition. Her thoughtful leadership is evident in her national presentations, professional publications, and the competitive grants she has secured—such as the 2013 Alcoa Foundation STEM Grant and the 2011 STEAM District Grant from the Grable Foundation—to expand access to quality education and STEM opportunities.
Beyond her district, Dr. Andreyko actively contributes to the broader educational landscape. She serves as chair of the Edmarket Education Innovation Council and has held leadership positions on the boards of the Pennsylvania Middle School Association and the Allegheny County Intermediate Unit. Her work as an advocate for women’s leadership and actively mentors as emerging leaders.
Dr. Andreyko is especially passionate about empowering young women in STEM. She led a high school STEMinism group for a Women in Leadership Experience in collaboration with Kent State University, a pioneering initiative that encourages girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math. Her lifelong commitment to service is also reflected in her involvement with her own twins, local volunteer work, and early recognition through awards such as the 1999 Lincoln Investment Planning Community Service Grant and the 1995 Gatorade National Coaches Care Award.

Micaela Isler is an initiate of the Beta Alpha Chapter at The University of Texas at Austin, serves as President & CEO of the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC), the nation’s only organization dedicated to promoting and professionalizing business political engagement and political advocacy professionals. Through NABPAC, Micaela represents millions of U.S, employees on Capitol Hill who participate in the political process through their organizations political action committees, ensuring their voices are heard.
Under her leadership, NABPAC has experienced transformative growth—doubling its financial performance, expanding membership by more than 150 organizations, and introducing industry-first initiatives such as AI-powered tools, data-driven messaging strategies, and a widely successful podcast. She’s also led strategic planning and governance alignment efforts, ensuring long-term sustainability and relevance in a dynamic political landscape.
Micaela’s earlier roles include Assistant Vice President of State Government Relations for the American Property Casualty Insurers Association and senior leadership positions in government relations at HSBC North America, where she managed PAC operations exceeding $2.3 million per election cycle. Her innovative and inclusive strategies at HSBC were featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal on Election Day in 2002 and are often cited as best practices still used today by many organizations.
She began her political career with the Republican Party of Texas and later worked at the Texas Association of Business & Chambers of Commerce, where she tripled state PAC receipts and ran grassroots campaigns reaching over 140,000 employers.
She has been recognized as a Top Lobbyist by The Hill for four consecutive years (2021–2024) and by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics in 2021 and 2023. She also holds a Master of Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
Micaela served as Alpha Xi Delta National President from 2017 to 2021 and has served as a leader within the Fraternal Government Relations Coalition (FGRC) and Fraternity & Sorority PAC for the last twenty years, utilizing her professional acumen to help protect the long-term viability of the sorority experience writ large. Micaela’s mentorship has profoundly shaped generations of Alpha Xi Delta leaders.
Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from West Virginia University in 1994. She is an initiate of the Iota Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta where she served as Chapter President as well as the Vice President for the student body at West Virginia University.
She began her career with ABC News in London as a researcher before
returning to West Virginia to work as a reporter and anchor for several television stations. Her early experience in journalism laid the foundation for a career dedicated to communication, leadership, and public service. Amy entered public life in the 1990s as communications director for Charleston Mayor Kemp Melton. Amy later served and held senior staff communication roles under West Virginia Governors Bob Wise and Earl Ray Tomblin, and as state communications director for John Kerry’s 2004 presidential campaign. In 2014, Governor Tomblin appointed her as commissioner of the West Virginia Division of Tourism and deputy secretary of commerce, where she promoted statewide economic growth through tourism until 2017.
In early 2017, Amy announced her candidacy for mayor of Charleston and was elected in November 2018 as the first female mayor in the city’s history. She was reelected in 2022. Under her leadership, Charleston has focused on revitalization, economic development, public health, and improved amenities for both residents and visitors. Amy’s accomplishments have earned widespread recognition. She was honored with the Lydia Main Breaking Boundaries Award by the West Virginia Municipal League, named one of the YWCA’s Women of Achievement, and voted Best West Virginia Mayor by West Virginia Living several times during her tenure. She has received the Distinguished West Virginian Award twice, was named a West Virginia Young Gun, and was selected to serve on Leadership of West Virginia. As a trailblazer in both media and government, Amy continues to break barriers while uplifting others. Her dedication to community progress, economic opportunity, and inclusive leadership reflects the mission and vision of Alpha Xi Delta.
