Hill Visit Applications due November 28

The Fraternal Government Relations Coalition (FGRC) is a nonpartisan coalition formed by the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), the Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee, and the Fraternity and Sorority Action Fund to work collaboratively on federal government relations issues that impact the fraternity and sorority community. Each year FGRC provides the opportunity for collegiate fraternity and sorority members to directly engage in the federal legislative process by lobbying on issues of importance to our community.

NPC is seeking outstanding campus and chapter leaders to participate in the Capitol Hill Visits and meet with lawmakers and/or their staffs in April 2026 to advocate for government relations platform developed by NPC. The priority topic is protecting student freedom of association rights. You should not apply if you do not feel comfortable advocating on this topic.

The Hill Visits will take place April 14-15, 2026, in Washington, D.C. If selected, you will be expected to participate in prep work and a training session leading up to the visits. It is important that you know you will need to miss class to participate in the meetings with lawmakers and should be prepared to plan accordingly with professors.

If you are interested in participating, please complete an application by November 28, 2025. Applications are located in Member Portal and can be accessed by clicking on “Member Forms” in the top menu. We will review applications and nominate our top applicants to the NPC. Students will be notified of whether they were selected to participate in January.
