Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity Announces the 2017-2018 Traveling Team

Indianapolis, IN – Alpha Xi Delta is excited to announce the 2017 – 2018 Educational Leadership Consultants (ELCs) and Leadership Coaches (LCs).

The Fraternity’s Educational Leadership Consultants travel across the country to help educate and inspire Sisters to create the most rewarding experience possible. They assist with chapter development, officer transition and recruitment planning, extension presentations and establishing and installing new chapters.

This year’s ELCs are:

The Foundation’s Leadership Coaches travel to various college campuses to foster member development by helping Sisters build life skills, facilitating StrengthsQuest™ and helping to implement the Realize Your Potential program. LCs host one-on-one meetings with Sisters to discuss plans for the future, leadership opportunities in the chapter and on campus and serve as a mentor. Leadership Coaches also facilitate chapter-specific programming on a range of topics that are predetermined based on consultation with chapter leadership.
