Indianapolis, IN – The Alpha Xi Delta National Housing Corporation (NHC) welcomed 43 Sisters home to a brand new chapter facility this fall at Michigan State University, located in East Lansing, Michigan. It is home to the Beta Theta Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta.

In November 2015, Alpha Xi Delta announced that a partnership was made with Sixty North Ventures LLC to lease their property at 855 Grove Street in East Lansing, Michigan. This facility features a gorgeous living room, a beautiful dining space and a Spartan themed library.

“My first impression of the house was that it looked incredible, it was wilder than my wildest dreams,” said Marisa Haight, Beta Theta Chapter member.

“The National Housing Corporation and Fraternity staff have worked so hard to transform this home into a space that will make our chapter women and our host institution proud,” said Chrissy Robertson, Alpha Xi Delta’s NHC President. “Living in a chapter house is one of the fondest memories of college that many of our members have, and the NHC is so proud to play a part in creating those memories that are cherished for a lifetime.”

Founded in 1893 at Lombard College, now Knox College, in Galesburg, Illinois, Alpha Xi Delta inspires women to realize their potential by providing opportunities for Sisterhood, leadership, knowledge and service.  The national women’s fraternity has more than 160,000 initiated members and has chapters on 128 college campuses.  For more information on Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity, visit www.alphaxidelta.org.
